Section 33

Not To Interfere With Institution Of Cases Under The Laws In Force

Where any act that constitutes an offence under this Act is also deemed to be an offence
under any other laws in force, nothing contained in this Act shall be deemed to interfere with the institution of any case under such other laws in force.
